The handshake and $20 million USDT wallet with less than 100 transaction requirement is not the sellers requirement but an insurance company of Lloyd’s of London requirement:

Then buyer will pay.
The buyer and the seller are both insured in the transaction.
Procedures :
1.Buyer sends his private 20M or more USDT wallet with less than 100 Transaction and BTC satoshi receiving wallet for approval by insurance (Lloyd's of London/Evertas)
2.If buyers wallet is approved.
3.Then we send sellers handshake wallet with codes to buyer for handshake with instructions.
4.Buyer sends a USDT handshake to seller wallet.
5.That activates the insurance and both buyer and seller are protected.
6.Seller sends BTC Satoshi to buyer Satoshi receiving wallet.
7.Then seller sends fully completed Invioce/IMFPA, Full KYC of seller, and insurance policy.
Contract
1.Both seller and buyer signs the Invoice/IMFPA And exchange copies.
2.Transaction Tranches begin. Seller sends BTC first to buyer for forensic test.
3.Then Buyer approve and pays for coins per tranche schedule. Repeat and 1 and 2

The seller is ready willing and able to perform on the procedures laid out above.
The Satoshi will be sent the soonest, at least within the same day upon receiving the handshake (be aware of diffrent time zones).
